About the position

The Principal, Data Strategy at Publicis Sapient is responsible for leading data-driven transformation initiatives for clients globally. This role involves defining data strategies, developing learning agendas, and ensuring the integration of data solutions into marketing strategies. The Principal will collaborate with various teams to enhance the use of data in decision-making and drive the adoption of technology solutions that improve client outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the definition of Digital, Data, and Technology learning agendas.
  • Ensure data strategy and measurement frameworks align with client goals and drive adoption.
  • Collaborate with planners and strategy directors to define audience frameworks and data strategies for brands.
  • Grow the use of DMP and CDP in data-driven use cases and campaigns.
  • Support the development of technology-based platforms and applications as a data strategist.
  • Define and implement data-driven use cases and measurement strategies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in data technology and strategy, ensuring a cohesive technology ecosystem.
  • Guide planners on utilizing data for annual planning insights.
  • Develop education programs for Data for internal and client audiences.
  • Provide thought leadership in data strategy and media partnerships.
  • Lead testing programs to evaluate new vendors and partners.
  • Execute data-driven marketing programs across agencies, supporting digital directors.
  • Drive new business pitches and prototyping work.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of data and data-driven marketing.
  • Ability to interpret client business and technical requirements.
  • Expertise in leveraging data for activation and measurement.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
  • Ability to architect effective digital marketing strategies and integrated solutions.

  • Experience in managing senior client relationships.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive account growth.
