About the position

The Principal Delivery Project Associate (DPA) plays a vital role in the Global Delivery and Solutions team within the Enterprise Customer Success organization at Autodesk. This position focuses on reviewing contracts for compliance with policies and standards, collaborating with various business partners, and providing leadership in contract drafting. The DPA will ensure adherence to ECS policies and facilitate effective communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts for adherence to policy, terms, grammar, structure and style to ensure excellence in customer-facing documents.
• Provide guidance and mentoring on the contract creation process based on lessons learned.
• Support the team leading contracts through appropriate approvals, collaborating with key members of the business as well as important partners including Legal, Finance, and Revenue Accounting Business Partners.
• Maintain contract templates according to established standards and policies.
• Communicate clearly with all roles and levels in the organization.
• Provide recommendations on how to prevent recurring issues.
• Ensure collaboration across departments and project teams.
• Meet the ethical and compliance standards expected of Autodesk employees.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in Customer Success.
• Experience reviewing contracts and identification of conflicting or non-standard terms.
• Knowledge of CRM and Professional Service Automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, Upland) preferred.
• Experience managing a variety of tasks, ensuring completion within defined Service Level Agreements.
• Experience communicating at the appropriate level of detail, depending on the audience.
• Excellent customer service skills with a service mindset.
• Fluent English language skills.
• 4-year degree or equivalent.
