In this role, you will analyze, design, program, debug, and modify software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked, or Internet-related computer programs. The code you write must be used in the core version of applications available for sale commercially. You will interact with product managers and/or owners to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications. Participation in software design meetings and analyzing user needs to determine technical requirements will be key aspects of your job. You will write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements, complete programming, and perform testing and debugging of applications using current programming languages and technologies. Additionally, you will complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance, and may deliver informational and decision-seeking presentations to technical and business groups to internal and/or external audiences. Other related duties may be assigned as needed.
