About the position

As a Principal Enterprise SAP ISU PWB Consultant at Infosys, you will play a crucial role in the consulting team, responsible for defining problem statements, evaluating solution options, and making recommendations. Your primary focus will be on configuring SAP products according to design specifications, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting knowledge transfer to provide value-adding consulting solutions for clients in the utilities sector.

Responsibilities

• Discover and define problem statements for clients.
• Evaluate solution options and make recommendations.
• Plan and configure SAP products as per design specifications.
• Conduct conference room pilots and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design.
• Prepare effort estimates aligned with customer budgetary requirements and organizational financial guidelines.
• Conduct solution/product demonstrations and POC workshops.
• Support knowledge transfer to enable clients to meet changing needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Expert level skill in SAP ISU Billing Master data configurations.
• Expert level skill in RTP Billing, EDM configuration, EDM Profile Management, and Custom formulas.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel data analysis capabilities.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in SAP CR&B implementation programs in ISU PWB modules.
• Experience in Electricity, Gas, or Water Utilities industries in North America.
• Experience in end-to-end lifecycle implementation activities including requirement gathering, business process design, SAP configuration, and testing.
• Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication and presentation skills.
