About the position

The Principal Experiential Learning Program Manager at Boston Scientific is responsible for developing strategies and launching programs centered around Experiential Learning technology. This role supports various commercial and educational activities, including Professional Education, Sales Training, and R&D Training. The manager will leverage insights, operational plans, and exceptional customer experiences to make a significant impact across diverse areas, while collaborating with various teams to drive results and enhance the customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategy and program launches around Experiential Learning technology.
  • Lead the delivery of VR and other Experiential learning solutions.
  • Conduct Experiential Learning Landscape and Tech Assessments for adoption consideration.
  • Author strategic plans for experiential learning, including Video Coaching and Digital Simulation.
  • Collaborate across functions to define needs and support strategic planning and execution.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance the customer journey.
  • Plan AOP/Budget for Experiential Learning and develop business cases.
  • Develop and prioritize experiential learning content based on customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional activities and events.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to assess program performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead technical discussions and provide thought leadership.
  • Develop and oversee end-to-end project plans, ensuring on-time delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in educational technology or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a program manager, leading complex software or learning development programs.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working with VR administration.
  • Experience in delivering technical programs or products from inception to delivery.
  • Proficient in gathering user requirements and defining project scope.
  • Proven communication skills, including translating non-technical requirements into technical discussions.
