About the position

The Principal Field Solution Architect (Prnc. FSA) plays a crucial role in delivering innovative technology solutions to clients, focusing on both new and existing accounts. This position requires a deep understanding of technology and business objectives to effectively drive solutions and contribute to the success of the organization. The Prnc. FSA will lead project teams, engage with customers, and develop advanced technology architectures to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver innovative technology solutions to clients.
• Drive solutions within targeted accounts and expand penetration in existing accounts.
• Develop and work on complex problems/projects, exercising independent judgment.
• Act as a project team leader, providing direction and facilitating information.
• Understand technology and business objectives to deliver effective solutions.
• Work with account managers to discover, qualify, and develop solution opportunities.
• Build advanced technology solution architectures and present proposals to customers.
• Drive growth of advanced technology revenue and gross profit by penetrating new and existing accounts.
• Partner with Account Managers and Sales Managers to identify IT solutions opportunities.
• Engage in customer calls to discover and qualify advanced technology opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience designing, implementing, and testing Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solutions.
• Experience migrating workloads into or between cloud providers.
• Extensive experience with sizing, data collection, TCO/ROI, and assessment tools.
• Consulting experience is preferred; technical sales experience will also be considered.
