About the position
The Principal Field Solution Architect (Prnc. FSA) plays a crucial role in delivering innovative technology solutions to clients. This position involves working on complex projects, exercising independent judgment, and collaborating with sales teams to identify and target IT solutions opportunities. The role is designed for a detail-oriented individual with a positive attitude who can drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction through effective technology implementation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Managers and Sales Managers to identify IT solutions opportunities and target these accounts with proactive engagement.
- Drive growth of advanced technology revenue and GP by penetrating new and existing target accounts.
- Engage in customer calls to discover and qualify advanced technology needs.
Requirements
- Experience designing, implementing, and testing Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity/Business Resilience solutions.
- Experience migrating workloads into or out of cloud environments.
