About the position

The position involves leading high-value analytics projects from concept to implementation while coaching junior analysts. The role focuses on developing analytical capabilities, managing risks, and ensuring successful project delivery in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead several high-value and critical analytics projects simultaneously.
• Design analytical frameworks and create an analytics roadmap.
• Plan and scope complex analytics projects.
• Provide direction and thought leadership to remove ambiguity in projects.
• Influence the organizational data roadmap and create best practices for analytics.
• Partner with business and process owners on analytics projects from concept to delivery.
• Implement models and develop strategies in partnership with business.
• Drive excellence in value measurement and define success measures.
• Provide consultation on statistical, technical, data, or business issues.
• Develop comprehensive cost-benefit analyses for initiatives.
• Present analysis results and strategy recommendations to senior leadership.
• Coach and guide junior analysts on statistical concepts and analytical tools.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or Analytics.
• 4+ years of experience in a Quantitative/Analytics/Data Science/Technical role.
• In lieu of education, 6+ years of experience in a Quantitative/Analytics/Data Science/Technical role with a Bachelor's degree.
