About the position
The Principal Financial Analyst will support the COO by leading high-level, data-driven analysis to drive key initiatives that add significant value to the company. This role involves identifying trends, dependencies, and risks, as well as preparing executive updates and articulating results to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead high level, data-based analysis, ensuring accuracy
- Identify trends, dependencies and risks within plans as well as potential opportunities
- Prepare initiative analysis and executive updates for the COO and ELT
- Articulate results and key metrics to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 6+ years of experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex issues
- Ability to influence and lead those outside of your team
