Responsibilities

• Design and implement intuitive and seamless customer experiences.
• Lead technical projects and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
• Develop and maintain large Single Page Applications with complex state management.
• Collaborate with backend services using REST APIs or GraphQL.
• Ensure responsive design and development for various devices and screen sizes.
• Utilize test frameworks like Selenium, Jest, Mocha, Chai, and Puppeteer for quality assurance.
• Manage source control using Git and distributed systems.
• Implement build tools such as Webpack, Gradle, Npm, and Yarn.
• Deploy applications using container-based technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Adhere to accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices for inclusive design.
• Optimize frontend application performance and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Demonstrable technical leadership and mentorship skills.
• Expert in ES6, Javascript, ReactJS, Redux, and TypeScript.
• Expert in HTML5 and CSS3, including CSS preprocessors such as Sass or LESS.
• Experience with large Single Page Applications with complex state management.
• Experience with backend services using REST APIs or GraphQL.
• Strong experience with responsive design and development.
• Familiarity with test frameworks like Selenium, Jest, Mocha, Chai, Puppeteer.
• Experience with Git and distributed source control.
• Experience with build tools such as Webpack, Gradle, Npm, Yarn.
• Experience with container-based deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
• Knowledge in performance optimization techniques for frontend applications.

Nice-to-haves

• Backend experience with Node.js, Java, and Microservices.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles, with experience in design tools like Sketch, Figma, or InVision.
• Significant plus: Knowledge of healthcare and experience delivering healthcare applications.
