About the position

The Principal Global Program Manager - GTM Programs at Qualtrics is responsible for creating and executing internal programs and content aimed at enhancing growth opportunities and addressing risk areas for the Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. This role involves collaboration with various departments, including Leadership, Customer Success, Sales, and Product Management, to identify strategic priorities and develop go-to-market plans. The position requires strong relationship-building skills, the ability to drive consensus among stakeholders, and a focus on executing impactful projects while designing scalable processes.

Responsibilities

  • Create internal programs and content for GTM teams targeting growth opportunities and risk areas.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify strategic business priorities.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans and product-focused initiatives.
  • Measure and optimize new service offerings to enhance customer experiences and improve renewal rates.
  • Drive increased renewal rates and new business through regular reporting to product leadership teams.
  • Plan targeted campaigns and plays for key growth strategies.
  • Facilitate a Customer & Product Management connect program to ensure close contact between customers and product managers.

Requirements

  • 7-15 years of relevant experience in Customer Success, Sales Operations, Finance, or Management consulting.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the software industry and cloud platform businesses.
  • Proven ability to build scalable business operations and manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong data analytics and translation skills to develop strategies based on data themes.
  • Excellent written and visual presentation skills for customer-facing content.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and provide structure to ambiguous situations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS company is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a natural curiosity to understand and solve problems.
