The Photonic Fabric based Memory Fabric offers a groundbreaking solution to the 'Memory Wall' problem, enabling vast memory capacities with low latency and power consumption. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating technical and business requirements into practical solutions, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and the ability to navigate ambiguity. This hands-on position emphasizes design for manufacturing, reliability, and cost-effectiveness, targeting Celestial AI's end customers. The Principal Engineer will also drive technology deployment in data centers and ensure successful high-volume manufacturing, requiring strong project management and communication skills. The essential duties include building the board and associated systems to convert application and business requirements into feasible solutions. The engineer will be responsible for engineering Celestial AI compute systems for IP validation, data center integration, and deployment. Collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and external vendors is crucial to engineer scalable accelerator systems for volume deployment.
