About the position

The Principal Implementation Program Manager at T-Mobile USA, Inc. is responsible for directing all aspects of client onboarding for large, complex Enterprise, Strategic, and Public Sector accounts. This role ensures 100% customer satisfaction and drives strategic direction and growth projections for T-Mobile for Business sales segments. The manager oversees contract implementation, identifies deliverables, and creates tracking processes to ensure timely and budget-compliant service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Participates in the Sales process, engaging in discovery and strategy sessions, and preparing RFP responses.
  • Tracks cross-functional deliverables through the RFP process and manages product capability tests.
  • Presents to C-level stakeholders in finalist sales presentations and creates project status updates.
  • Directs and coordinates teams to ensure successful delivery of project requirements and customer satisfaction.
  • Serves as the lead communicator for overall project status from Discovery through transition to Lifecycle Support.
  • Defines project scope, creates and manages onboarding project plans, and communicates risks and solutions to senior leadership.
  • Develops customized Implementation and Lifecycle Customer Support models by collaborating with multiple workgroups.
  • Establishes tools and processes to track and report on project progress towards goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 4-7 years of formal project/program management experience.
  • 4-7 years of experience managing or supporting business customers in Sales, Service, or Account Management.
  • Highly developed communication skills for preparing and delivering presentations at the C-level.
  • Superior program and project management skills with the ability to organize and lead all facets of a project.
  • Demonstrated conflict-resolution and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of wireless technologies and operating systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required within 120 days of hire).
