About the position
In this role, you will provide architectural and big picture oversight for the development of new or enhanced platforms, applications and infrastructure solutions that will transform the way our customers interact. You will be responsible for leading the architectural and technical strategy requirements, ensuring quality and consistency of our infrastructure architecture across our systems. You will develop and execute new and existing technologies that align to the roadmap and lead with building and cultivating strategic long-term partnerships through teams and senior level stakeholders. You will be responsible for the transformation of legacy solutions to modern, scalable platform infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Provide architectural and big picture oversight for new or enhanced platforms, applications, and infrastructure solutions.
- Lead the architectural and technical strategy requirements.
- Ensure quality and consistency of infrastructure architecture across systems.
- Develop and execute new and existing technologies that align to the roadmap.
- Build and cultivate strategic long-term partnerships through teams and senior level stakeholders.
- Transform legacy solutions to modern, scalable platform infrastructure.
- Solve complex technical problems at senior levels leveraging experience with related technology stack and platforms.
- Present and align architectural vision internally and externally at senior levels.
- Navigate complex situations to consensus and align architectural vision.
Requirements
- Extensive understanding of external competition and technological trends in big retail infrastructure architecture.
- Expertise in solving complex technical problems at senior levels.
- Subject matter expertise in architecting the transformation of legacy infrastructure into scalable modern platforms.
- Strategic ability to present and align architectural vision internally and externally at senior levels.
- Influential leadership skills to navigate complex situations and align architectural vision.
