About the position

The Principal Infrastructure Architect is a senior role responsible for shaping the infrastructure strategy and architecture at enGen. This position involves collaborating with business stakeholders to align technology with business needs, driving innovation, and influencing decision-making across the organization. The architect will serve as a technology visionary, simplifying complex problems and ensuring that the infrastructure supports the overall business strategy effectively.

Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to develop Enterprise Architecture deliverables that articulate business strategy and outcomes.
• Develop and implement HM Health Solutions technology innovation agenda to ensure leadership in technology application.
• Maintain an enterprise-wide technology architecture strategy that catalogs existing architectures and identifies synergies.
• Provide leadership to integrate architecture best practices into critical processes such as vendor management and project management.
• Develop the solution architecture function to support HM Health Solutions' key initiatives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in infrastructure and cloud technologies.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas to various levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to influence business outcomes and drive consensus-driven decisions.
• Experience in developing enterprise architecture deliverables and technology strategies.
