Responsibilities

  • Lead design efforts and guide multidisciplinary teams.
  • Deliver innovative and strategic solutions for aviation interiors.
  • Engage clients and deliver exceptional design solutions that align with strategic goals.
  • Mentor design teams and ensure design intent is maintained through production.
  • Conduct client presentations and resource planning.
  • Review project phases and ensure timely delivery on budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or equivalent work experience in the field of interior design, Environmental Design, or Interior Architecture.
  • 10+ years in interior design with thorough knowledge of aircraft interiors, systems integration, and certification requirements.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office Suite, InDesign, and Keynote.
  • Strategic and analytical problem-solving abilities.
