About The Position

The Principal IT Engineer Applications role focuses on translating business requirements into software solutions, contributing to the technical direction of integrated business applications, and serving as a technical expert for project teams. This senior-level position emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, and the application of both DEVOPS and Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years experience in project implementation applying development life cycles (e.g., SDLC).
• Minimum two (2) years in a technical leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field with a minimum of eight (8) years experience in software development or a related field.

Nice To Haves

• Two (2) years of experience interacting with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
• Four (4) years experience in systems analysis, including defining technical requirements and performing high-level design for complex solutions.

• Leads systems incident support and troubleshooting for complex issues.
• Develops and validates complex testing scenarios to ensure software solutions meet functional specifications.
