About the position

The Principal Learning and Leadership Development Program Manager at UKG plays a crucial role in enhancing the talent development and growth of global employees and leaders. This position involves collaborating with senior leaders and key stakeholders to design, implement, and facilitate leadership development programs, particularly for executive leaders. The role focuses on needs discovery, solution architecture, and program facilitation to support the organization's talent and skills requirements, contributing significantly to UKG's mission of creating a great workplace through innovative HR technology.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Learning Development subject matter expert and trusted advisor to HR and business leaders.
  • Conduct learning needs analysis using qualitative and quantitative tools to identify opportunities for tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with HR CoEs, HRBPs, and business leaders to design and deliver leadership development programs and custom solutions.
  • Facilitate executive leadership programming and keynotes for internal and customer events.
  • Create targeted development plans based on Talent Review and Succession outcomes to enhance leadership capabilities.
  • Leverage human-centric design processes to develop engaging learning solutions in partnership with the learning experience design team.
  • Lead initiatives to assess and shape UKG's organizational culture for inclusivity and high performance.

Requirements

  • Significant facilitation experience in both classroom and keynote settings.
  • Degree or significant career experience in Learning Development, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning development, change management, or related fields, preferably in a consulting role.
  • Proven track record of leading successful executive leadership development initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in decision-making frameworks and governance models.
  • Expertise in team development, leadership development, organizational development, change management, and learning experience design.
  • Certifications in change management, coaching, and assessment instruments are a plus.
  • Experience in a global or multinational environment is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with HCM software, learning management systems, and digital learning platforms.
