  • Coach and mentor team members in process improvement methodologies.
  • Communicate project updates effectively to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and facilitate collaboration across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, nursing, business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of four years of relevant experience in project management or process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
