About the position

The Principal Senior Marketing Manager for the Digital Media Performance Team at Intuit will lead the digital advertising strategy across various channels, including Mobile, Video, CTV, and Programmatic. This role is crucial for driving new customer acquisition and retention, ensuring alignment with fiscal year targets, and fostering innovative digital media strategies. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy that accelerates TurboTax growth against market opportunities and financial goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align go-to-market and communications strategies, ensuring delivery to forecast and marketing goals.
  • Outline a holistic media strategy and go-to-market plan, integrating insights from macroeconomic outlooks and customer trends.
  • Influence and partner with internal stakeholders to drive initiatives and ensure alignment in media plans and optimizations.
  • Utilize analytics to support performance forecasting and results attribution, transforming insights into actionable strategies.
  • Accountable for agency deployment of media plans, guiding targeting, spend allocation, and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Maintain ownership of Digital Media Team playbooks to ensure understanding and execution of media plans and related technologies.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in digital marketing strategies, embracing failures to achieve long-term goals.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in paid digital media, with a proven track record of leading impactful campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to inform decision-making and strategy development.
  • Excellent storytelling abilities, both written and verbal, to articulate channel strategies to various stakeholders.
  • Experience in executing large-scale digital marketing programs that drive revenue growth and increase conversions.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills to manage cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
