About the position

The Principal Marketing Manager for Mid-Market & Money Sales Marketing at Intuit is responsible for leading product marketing initiatives that drive impact for mid-market customers. This role involves managing both inbound and outbound marketing programs, collaborating with sales teams, and developing strategies that resonate with target audiences. The position requires a strategic thinker who can translate market insights into effective marketing plans and influence cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage both inbound and outbound product marketing programs throughout the product life cycle.
  • Deep partnership with sales and sales enablement teams to prioritize product solutions and initiatives.
  • Develop and lead a rapid cycle learning agenda to understand the needs and pain points of high-value customers.
  • Guide the marketing strategy for the Money product portfolio via the Mid-market sales channel.
  • Design processes for gathering and synthesizing customer insights for sales teams.
  • Leverage consumer insights and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities for product differentiation.
  • Collaborate with Finance and other marketers to build a 1-year revenue forecast and corresponding marketing plan.
  • Create compelling positioning, value propositions, and messaging based on customer insights.
  • Develop customer targeting and omni-channel demand strategies in collaboration with sales partners.
  • Present recommendations and share learnings across the organization.

Requirements

  • BA/BS required, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in marketing, particularly in go-to-market strategies supporting sales organizations.
  • Experience in SaaS companies and B2B marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to translate consumer insights and business strategies into effective execution.
  • Proven experience influencing cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ownership, responsibility, and initiative in driving performance results.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to navigate complex issues and provide thoughtful recommendations.

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA is a plus.
