About the position

Infosys is looking to hire Principal Marketing Manager - Public Relations. In this role, the respective individual will have passion and understanding for Public Relations in and extensive experience in the IT sector, especially promoting IT service lines across business verticals.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans aligned to business objectives articulated by the management and execute them independently.
• Exercise leadership in executing key processes and leveraging subject matter expertise to obtain desirable success metrics.
• Manage media relations and develop/review Press Releases, messaging, briefing books, bylines, and other content, keynotes, and speeches.
• Demonstrate leadership in managing external partners.
• Work with a globally distributed team and agencies across time zones.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 13 years of relevant work experience with Bachelor's degree or 11 years of relevant work experience with MBA.
• Strong communication skills.

• Deep understanding of working as an integral member of the global PR team.
• Sound understanding of how public relations campaigns are developed and managed in a global environment.
• Experience in digital marketing.
• Good stakeholder management skills.
