The Principal Network Consultant is a highly skilled expert responsible for advising clients and recommending products and solutions that add business value. This role utilizes subject matter expertise related to business challenges, industry trends, competition, business models, industry value chains, solutions, regulatory environments, benchmarks, and standards bodies to create value and enable successful business outcomes for both the organization and the client. This enables clients to transform their businesses and industries. The Principal Network Consultant is a subject matter expert in one or more particular industries or verticals and possesses extensive knowledge of industry trends and the marketplace. This role deals with complex client accounts, requiring a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to translate those needs into actionable solutions. In this role, you will take ownership of conducting meetings, writing proposals, and delivering presentations. You will provide guidance and oversee the development of strategies and plans that define how existing and emerging technology should be utilized to support an organization's overall business strategy. Facilitating and leading client workshops with C-suite and senior-level participants will be a key responsibility, as will using client engagement skills to identify, analyze, and translate client problems into areas for improvement. You will provide the end-to-end solution set to enable the client's business transformation and take ownership of the integration of the solution by coordinating the internal implementation. Attending industry and technical conferences will be essential to ensure you remain abreast of developments in your area of expertise and related disciplines. Your expertise will also be crucial in estimating the scope of consultant and/or architect effort and accurately estimating complex project timelines for completion. You will maintain subject matter expertise by staying current with trends and best practices, guiding the identification of client requirements, and overseeing value assessments and business process analysis. Working independently, you will ensure the completion of required documents related to business transformational initiatives and may guide and coach less experienced consultants within the team. This role requires deep vertical/domain/industry expertise coupled with consulting and client engagement experience, demonstrating a strong ability in client needs assessment and change management. Excellent understanding of business transformation, strategic thinking, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships are essential for success in this position.
