About the position

The Principal Network Engineer will lead technical initiatives to solve complex problems and innovate solutions within the company's network infrastructure. This role involves building and implementing cloud-based networking solutions, particularly in Azure, and improving existing processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts that will solve tech-wide problems.
• Create innovative solutions.
• Contribute to evolve the platform and its operations.
• Build Infrastructure within a cloud platform.
• Implement Azure networking.
• Build hybrid environments to span existing customer networks and Azure.
• Lead engineering efforts or process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in network engineering.
• 5+ years experience with Infrastructure within a cloud platform.
• 4+ years experience with scripting or coding.
• 4+ years of experience in Routing, Switching, Firewall and WiFi.
• Experience implementing advanced network monitoring and IPAM strategies.
• Strong attention to detail.
