About the position

This position is hybrid/remote and can sit in the footprint of Providence in the states of AK, WA, OR, CA, TX, and MT. The ideal candidate would reside in Renton/Seattle, WA, Portland/Beaverton, OR, or Irvine, CA main office locations. This is a full-time hybrid position where remote work will be considered. There may be possible required travel up to 10% of the work schedule. The Principal ERP Oracle FDI (aka FAW) Developer provides technical development services throughout the System Development Life-cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, design specification, code development, unit, integration, and acceptance testing and implementation support. The products produced by the Principal Developer broadly apply to application customizations and enhancements, integration and interfaces, conversions, reporting, and business/technical automated workflows. This role requires a functional business process knowledge in one or more areas of Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, and Supply Chain. The candidate will work with an expert knowledge of IT architectures including cloud technologies, application technology, database, networking, and security.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical development services throughout the System Development Life-cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, design specification, code development, unit, integration, and acceptance testing and implementation support.
  • Optimize and enhance ERP and time-tracking systems that support over 122,000 employees.
  • Develop customized dashboards and KPIs using Oracle FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence).
  • Define FDI/FAW security updates for users, groups, and application roles.
  • Build ETLs using ODI integrating into FDI/FAW environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, or equivalent education/experience.
  • 10 years of experience as a systems analyst developer including at least two years supporting Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, or Payroll; two or more of these business application areas preferred.
  • 4 years of experience with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM).
  • Strong experience with Java Enterprise (JEE) programming.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) / Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Data Integration (ODI), ADF, MAF, JET, OCS containers, micro-services.
  • Experience with test automation.
  • Strong public cloud infrastructure background, including Oracle, AWS, MS Azure, Google, OpenStack variants.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's Degree in Information Services, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or a related IS or healthcare field.
  • 5 years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud/e-business HCM, Payroll, Supply Chain, and/or Finance is highly desired.
  • Hands-on expertise with Oracle FAW and developing customized dashboards.
  • Prior healthcare industry knowledge.
