About the position

The Principal ERP Oracle FDI Developer provides technical development services throughout the System Development Life-cycle (SDLC), focusing on application customizations, enhancements, integrations, and reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of finance, human resources, payroll, and supply chain processes, along with expertise in IT architectures and cloud technologies. The position is hybrid/remote, allowing flexibility in work location, and involves collaboration with various teams to deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical development services throughout the System Development Life-cycle (SDLC).
• Gather requirements and create design specifications for application customizations and enhancements.
• Develop code and conduct unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
• Support implementation of technical solutions and provide ongoing support.
• Work with cloud technologies and IT architectures to deliver effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, or equivalent education/experience.
• 10 or more years of experience as a systems analyst developer, including at least two years supporting Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, or Payroll.
• 4 years of experience with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM).
• Strong experience with Java Enterprise (JEE) programming.
• Experience with Oracle ADF, MAF, JET, OCS containers, and micro-services.
• Experience with test automation and continuous integration tools such as Hudson.
• Strong public cloud infrastructure background, including Oracle, AWS, MS Azure, Google, and OpenStack variants.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree in Information Services, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud/e-business HCM, Payroll, Supply Chain, and/or Finance.
• 6 years of experience supporting Kronos workforce management applications.
• 4 years of experience with custom Kronos report development (SSRS).
