About the position

The Principal Oracle Cloud HCM Developer is responsible for providing technical development services throughout the System Development Life-cycle (SDLC) for Oracle HCM modules. This includes requirements gathering, design specification, code development, testing, and implementation support. The role requires a strong understanding of IT architectures, cloud technologies, and functional business processes in areas such as Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, and Supply Chain. The position is hybrid, allowing for remote work, and may require occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical development services throughout the System Development Life-cycle (SDLC).
• Gather requirements and create design specifications for Oracle HCM modules.
• Develop code and perform unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
• Support implementation and provide end-user support for Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Customize and enhance application functionalities, integrations, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud and recommend enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or Information Services.
• Ten or more years of experience as a systems analyst developer, with at least three years supporting Oracle HCM modules.
• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud technologies including Data Loader, Integrations, and Reports.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, XML, JavaScript, and Web Services.
• Ability to support Oracle HCM Cloud product releases and optimize system performance.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree in Information Services, Business Administration, or related field.
• Five years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud/e-business HCM, Payroll, Supply Chain, or Finance.
• Experience with Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) development.
• Experience in customization of Redwood pages and API development.
