About the position

The Principal Oracle Cloud HCM Developer is responsible for providing technical development services throughout the System Development Life-cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design specification, code development, testing, and implementation support. This role focuses on application customizations, integrations, reporting, and automated workflows within Oracle HCM modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of IT architectures, cloud technologies, and functional business processes in areas such as Finance and Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical development services throughout the System Development Life-cycle (SDLC).
• Gather requirements and create design specifications for Oracle HCM applications.
• Develop code and perform unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
• Support implementation of application customizations and enhancements.
• Create and manage integrations and interfaces for Oracle HCM modules.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot technical issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Recommend enhancements and optimize system performance based on product releases and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or Information Services.
• Ten or more years of experience as a systems analyst developer, including at least three years supporting Oracle HCM modules.
• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud technologies including Data Loader, Integrations, and Reports.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, XML, JavaScript, and Web Services.
• Experience with Middleware technologies and integration patterns.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree in Information Services, Business Administration, or related field.
• Five years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud/e-business HCM, Payroll, Supply Chain, or Finance.
• Experience in Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) development.
• Experience in customization of Redwood pages and API development.
