About the position

The Principal Predictive Analytics Analyst at SRP is responsible for leading mid-term production cost modeling efforts, analyzing and interpreting business data to support decision-making, and developing predictive models to evaluate the impact of various operational factors. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leads SRP's mid-term production cost modeling efforts.
• Designs models to determine the future impact of solar curtailment, battery optimization, and other operational factors.
• Utilizes stochastic and deterministic analysis methods to predict outcomes and evaluate impacts of business decisions.
• Works with internal stakeholders to ensure data management systems are updated weekly.
• Presents results in a clear and concise manner for decision makers.
• Trains less experienced employees in production cost modeling.

Requirements

• 10 years of relevant analytical professional experience.
• Completion of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution plus an additional 18 graduate level college credits in an area of specialty.
• Strong communication skills to develop clear analysis for various leadership levels.
