About the position

As a member of Atlassian's support organization, you will act as a customer champion and a trusted partner to Product & Engineering teams, focusing on enhancing the experience of Enterprise Customers after they migrate to the cloud. This role combines elements of data analysis, product management, and program management, requiring strong business and analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement and influence the product roadmap. You will be responsible for extracting insights from customer interactions, advocating for supportability in product design, and leading projects independently without direct managerial responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to improve Enterprise Customer experience post-migration to cloud.
  • Influence product roadmap by articulating business impact and proposing solutions to customer friction points.
  • Manipulate data from customer interactions to extract insights and prepare regular reports.
  • Advocate for a culture of design for supportability in product development.
  • Lead projects independently and deliver impactful results.

Requirements

  • Experience writing SQL queries and building visualizations (e.g., Databricks, Tableau).
  • Solid experience influencing product roadmap and decisions using data.
  • Experience influencing Heads of Product and Engineering.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience as a Software Development Manager or Product Manager.
  • Experience using Databricks and Tableau.
