As a Principal Product Designer-Visual, you will join a dynamic creative team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of brand storytelling. Your expertise in crafting visual systems, innovative digital experiences, motion languages, and brand campaigns will set us apart and resonate with our diverse audience. You will be responsible for spearheading the creative direction of TurboTax's brand identity, ensuring that our visual storytelling is not only compelling but also aligned with our mission to empower our customers. In this role, you will be a multi-disciplinary problem-solver with experience in brand or motion studios, thriving on creativity and invention. You will lead your team in shaping the future of tax preparation through exceptional art direction, design, and animation. You will push creative boundaries, inspire your team through design, and establish the bar for design thinking and execution. Your role will involve concepting, iterating, prototyping, and testing to deliver strategic, elegant, and simple solutions. You will build and manage client partnerships from project kickoff to timely delivery, visually and verbally communicating concepts and strategies behind your work. You will lead projects and internal or external teams autonomously, balancing multiple project assignments or business challenges with a steady disposition.
