About the position

The Principal Product Manager for Applied AI Innovation at Intuit will lead high-impact initiatives within the A2D (AI, Analytics, and Data) Product Management team. This role focuses on integrating AI capabilities into Intuit's products, such as QuickBooks and Turbo Tax, to enhance customer experiences for both consumers and small to medium businesses. The position requires strategic leadership and a deep understanding of AI technologies to drive innovation and influence the company's evolution.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact, strategic AI-native product initiatives from conception to launch.
• Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, OKR, and success metrics for products.
• Conduct user research and prototype experimentation to validate hypotheses.
• Explore unconventional ideas and challenge assumptions to unlock new product experiences.
• Earn buy-in from stakeholders and inspire teams through storytelling and leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management or equivalent experience in AI-native technical products.
• Track record of taking innovative software products from concept to production with high adoption rates.
• Exceptional strategic leadership and deep customer empathy.
• High degree of technical understanding for collaboration with technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to non-technical audiences and executives.
