About the position
The Principal Product Manager for Connected Devices at Hinge Health will define the roadmap and vision for the Enso product's member experience. This strategic role involves driving engagement and clinical outcomes through personalized content and treatment, collaborating with various stakeholders across engineering, design, clinical, and content teams to deliver impactful solutions at scale. The position emphasizes rapid experimentation and long-term product crafting, allowing the manager to shape the member experience significantly while overseeing one of the company's top products.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and objectives.
- Develop and implement product-development practices related to rapid iteration.
- Mentor team members in best practices for product development.
- Ship products within a cross-functional team, collaborating with design, engineering, sales/marketing, and clinical teams.
- Act as the voice of the product team when working with executives and founders.
- Track usage analytics and patient impact of product launches.
- Ensure timely shipping of products with meaningful business results.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management of mobile and web products.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science.
- Excellent problem-solving, project-management, and communication skills.
- Technical fluency and comfort discussing technology concepts.
- Strong analytical and experimental design skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working with medical or consumer devices.
- Experience in high-performing product teams with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and rapid testing.
- Demonstrated success in leading product development from inception to delivery.
