About the position

The Principal Product Manager, Growth at Circle will lead liquidity growth initiatives across various platforms and venues globally, focusing on driving volume and market expansion for the company's stablecoin products. Responsibilities

  • Lead liquidity growth initiatives across different platforms and venues globally.
  • Develop a growth strategy based on market dynamics, customer needs, and regulatory landscape.
  • Establish product vision and prioritize efforts for maximum impact.
  • Identify new product opportunities based on market needs and trends.
  • Collaborate with various teams to understand customer pain points and discuss new product ideas.
  • Identify risks to the business and prepare mitigation plans.
  • Work closely with data science/analytics to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Translate capital needs into business cases, feature themes, and product requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects and iterations alongside engineering teams.
  • Identify and prioritize product and process improvements.

Requirements

  • More than 10 years of product management experience with a focus on customer adoption and revenue generation.
  • Experience in owning product strategy for complex commercial products.
  • Ability to identify and manage risks associated with products.
  • Mentorship experience with other product managers.
  • Domain expertise in capital markets, lending, or regulated financial services.
  • Technical experience with building products for capital markets on a global scale.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience leading complex product initiatives from beginning to end.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
  • Experience working in a fully remote environment.
