About the position
The Oracle Health Data Intelligence product team is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of innovative health data solutions that leverage advanced analytics and AI. This role focuses on creating products that enhance health outcomes for individuals and populations by transforming health data into actionable insights. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products align with customer needs and the company's vision, ultimately driving the future of healthcare analytics.
Responsibilities
- Defining and driving the development of products that align with the company's vision and customer needs.
- Conducting market research and gathering customer feedback.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams like Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, and Business Development to create innovative and customer-centric solutions.
- Driving clarity on the Why and What through well-written PRDs and effectively prioritizing features.
- Managing the product development lifecycle and Go-To-Market strategy.
- Identifying risks and dependencies and keeping stakeholders updated.
- Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Representing Oracle Health Data Intelligence capabilities at events and conferences and engaging with customers.
Requirements
- BS or MS degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Customer-centric approach and understanding of user needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Critical thinking and product roadmap development.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with population health, value-based care, cloud-based healthcare solutions.
- Experience with building and shipping products on any Cloud platform like OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Enterprise discernment and market awareness.
- Healthcare/Health Management background.
