About the position

The HTS Media Services team is responsible for driving ad placements across the Hopper app and HTS partner sites and portals. We work with clients primarily in the travel industry—including airlines, airports, hotels, and destination management organizations—to deliver advertising campaigns that drive high-margin revenue for Hopper, and great returns for our advertisers. We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the buildout of our Ads business across all of our partners, including both the ad placements themselves and the back-end ad platform to power them. You will be responsible for one of Hopper's fastest-growing lines of profit, with the potential to significantly impact the company's overall results. You'll work closely with the product teams of each of our partners, operating across the Hopper app, our CapitalOne travel portal, and many new partners that we are onboarding into our ecosystem. You will own your roadmap, be solely responsible for the output of a team of engineers, and have a high degree of autonomy and accountability for the success of our Ads business.

  • Generous parental leave, much above industry standards.
  • Entrepreneurial culture encouraging risk-taking and pushing limits.
  • Open communication with management and company leadership.
  • Small, dynamic teams leading to massive impact.
  • 100% employer paid Medical, Dental and Vision coverage for employees.
  • Access to Disability & Life insurance.
