The Liquidity team is responsible for delivering the infrastructure that enables all of our stablecoin products to have instant, low-cost access worldwide. As a strategic leader, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the company to gain insights into market dynamics, global and local trends, customer needs, regulatory landscapes, and high-priority requirements. Collaboration with various teams across Circle will be essential to understand customer and internal pain points, discuss new product ideas, communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, and gain alignment while unblocking progress. You will also identify risks to the business and prepare mitigation plans using tools, alerts, and dashboards to surface them to internal stakeholders. Working closely with data science and analytics teams, you will build models to proactively identify opportunities and risks. You will collaborate with business teams and interact with partners to deeply understand their capabilities, translating their capital needs into business cases, feature themes, product requirements, and roadmaps. Managing multiple parallel projects and iterations alongside engineering will be crucial to ensure timely delivery of feature releases. Additionally, you will identify and prioritize product and process improvements that enhance our partners' success with our offerings. At Circle, we aspire to uphold our four core values: Multistakeholder commitment, mindfulness, a drive for excellence, and high integrity. We seek individuals who are dedicated to our customers, shareholders, employees, and local communities, who pay attention to detail, and who are relentless in pursuing excellence while maintaining high moral and ethical standards.
