About the position

As the Principal Product Manager for our Marketing Performance Platform, you will lead the development and strategy for a cutting-edge tool that integrates SEO, paid advertising, and analytics to empower marketing teams with data-driven insights. This platform will be essential in helping organizations optimize their marketing spend, drive cost-effective traffic acquisition, and improve website conversion rates. Your role will be pivotal in answering critical strategic questions and driving innovation in the marketing technology space.

Responsibilities

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Marketing Performance Platform.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including gathering and prioritizing requirements.
  • Engage in Quarterly Business Reviews with leadership to ensure product performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to develop and deliver innovative features.
  • Mentor and develop junior product managers, fostering a collaborative team culture.
  • Stay closely connected with users to understand their challenges and ensure the platform delivers value.
  • Utilize data analytics and customer insights to make informed product decisions.
  • Clearly communicate the product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation within the marketing technology space.
  • Define market dynamics, target customer segments, and commercialization strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, computer science, marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of product management experience, focusing on marketing technology, data analytics, SEO, or digital advertising.
  • Proven track record of owning and driving product strategy and roadmap execution.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering products that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills to leverage data for informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), computer science, data science, or a related technical field.
  • Experience working with engineering teams on product development in cloud computing and data analytics environments.
  • Familiarity with machine learning applications in marketing and advertising technology.
