About the position

The Principal Product Manager for Medical Device Integration is a senior technical and functional leader responsible for defining product strategy, vision, and roadmaps from ideation to launch for complex or high-impact products. This role involves leading product enhancements, facilitating collaboration among diverse stakeholders, and ensuring product adoption through effective partnerships with operations teams. The position also requires overseeing product discovery, tracking key performance indicators, and mentoring product team members to address user problems effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of multiple work streams by identifying customer and operational needs and developing new procedures and policies.
  • Practice self-leadership and promote learning in others by soliciting and acting on performance feedback and building collaborative relationships.
  • Define and drive product strategy and vision, developing product roadmaps from ideation to launch for complex products.
  • Serve as an expert facilitator and consultant for the product team and diverse stakeholder groups throughout the product management life cycle.
  • Lead and drive internal and external discovery for new and existing products, identifying business needs and marketplace innovations.
  • Oversee the tracking of key performance indicators by defining and tracking KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Lead and oversee product team members to solve user problems for complex issues by prioritizing the work backlog.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, Social Science, or related field.
  • Minimum ten (10) years experience in product management, project management, IT consulting, product development, or related fields.
  • Minimum five (5) years experience working in product management, including product discovery and strategy development.
  • Minimum two (2) years experience developing and validating business cases for investment projects.
  • Minimum three (3) years experience working with agile teams and familiarity with scrum ceremonies.
  • Minimum three (3) years experience in strategic planning and building product roadmaps.
  • Minimum four (4) years experience in a leadership role.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Five (5) years stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience building a product from 0 to 1.
  • Strong technical expertise in building and designing a platform/ecosystem.
  • Experience leading multiple products through their full product lifecycle.
