About the position

The Principal Product Manager for Microsoft Shopping will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of ecommerce search for millions of users. This position focuses on developing innovative customer experiences and optimizing user engagement through advanced AI and machine learning technologies. The role aims to expand savings programs, including cashback and coupons, while ensuring high-quality experiences that customers value.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with business goals and user needs.
  • Analyze customer feedback, query logs, and market trends to identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancement, delivering high-impact solutions.
  • Leverage data analytics, customer insights, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform product decisions and measure success.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, user research, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
  • Communicate product strategy, progress, and updates effectively to senior leadership, partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience in shopping or search engine products.

  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Proven ability to innovate and introduce new features that have driven significant user adoption or revenue growth in shopping or search engines.
