About the position

The Principal Product Manager for QuickBooks Online App Integrations at Intuit is responsible for defining the strategy and building AI-powered, seamless third-party app integration experiences within QuickBooks Online. This role aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of small and medium-sized businesses by integrating various software solutions, thereby improving their operational workflows. The position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class product experiences that elevate the QuickBooks experience for customers, regardless of whether they use Intuit offerings or third-party solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Define the 3rd party app integration experiences strategy and launch best-in-class, AI-powered integrations within the QBO Ecosystem.
  • Own strategy and execution of monetizing aspects of integrations.
  • Engage with customers and third-party partners to understand pain points and gather insights for product improvement.
  • Provide product leadership in identifying and prioritizing requirements and understanding business goals.
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure a frictionless user experience and work with engineers to build and launch solutions.
  • Build and maintain a quarterly rolling 12-month roadmap to meet business objectives.
  • Manage dependencies and plans across various internal teams and external partners to drive execution and delivery.
  • Write requirements and specifications to meet business needs and drive the product development schedule in an agile environment.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to define success metrics and communicate progress across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, specifically in designing and delivering AI-powered software products, preferably in a SaaS fintech environment.
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, communication, and negotiating skills.
  • Experience in driving cross-functional strategies and execution.
  • Proven ability to serve as a product owner for scrum teams, managing scrum ceremonies and educating teams on product strategy.
  • Passion for building innovative products and solving complex customer problems.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical issues for decision-making.
  • Experience using data and AI to enhance customer and business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results at scale impacting critical business metrics.
  • Experience in matrixed organizations, driving results through collaboration and influence.
  • Prior experience in building, shipping, and scaling platform capabilities or integrations.

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
