About the position

The Principal Product Manager for Core Recommendation Systems at Intuit will lead the development and enhancement of personalized recommendation systems using AI and machine learning. This role is pivotal in driving product vision and strategy, ensuring that the product aligns with organizational goals while maximizing impact across Intuit's product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Drive product vision, strategies, and roadmaps in alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead and motivate a cross-functional team of engineers and representatives.
• Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies.
• Gather requirements from diverse areas and convert them into product solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management or related industry experience with expertise in Machine Learning and Generative AI.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical environment with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in defining product vision and strategy.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and execution skills.
• Strong communication skills.
