About the position

As a Principal Product Manager at Vendavo, you will play a crucial role in defining and driving product development for multiple high-growth, high-visibility products. This position involves working closely with a dedicated team to execute impactful product development roadmaps, ensuring a delightful user experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize user retention and revenue. You will be part of a people-focused company that values innovation and customer satisfaction, with the opportunity to influence the direction of our SaaS products.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute high-impact product development roadmaps to scale growth.
  • Develop the overall product strategy and roadmap.
  • Adapt and modify product and business requirements based on quantitative and qualitative results.
  • Work closely with the User Centered Design team to ensure a delightful user experience.
  • Present new products to field staff and prospects during product deployments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize user retention and revenue.
  • Act as a champion for Vendavo's mission, vision, and values.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in product management at a high-performance SaaS consumer technology company.
  • Experience leading at least two full product lifecycles from ideation to launch and post-launch iterations.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies with experience managing iterative, high-quality product releases.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into valuable product features and solutions.
  • Skilled in leveraging data and analytics to inform product decisions and prioritize features.
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing).
  • Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong project management skills to ensure products are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, with CPQ, Rebates, or Pricing management.
