About the position

The Principal Product Manager for Selling Partner Trust & Compliance at Amazon is responsible for leading the development and execution of innovative products that enhance the experience of selling partners while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves strategic thinking, product roadmap ownership, and collaboration with various teams to drive significant impact on customer experience and business growth. The position requires a strong ability to communicate effectively across global teams and influence stakeholders to align on product vision and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to improve the Selling Partner experience on Amazon and translate those opportunities into products and features.
  • Work with tech partners to make trade-offs, unblock them when needed, and build synergies between multiple tech and product teams.
  • Communicate innovations to stakeholder teams and the broader selling community when necessary.
  • Understand internal customers' use cases and existing solutions.
  • Clarify and drive project commitments, establishing clear accountability chains.
  • Analyze data to derive insightful findings and inform product decisions.
  • Mentor and guide product managers, holding them to high standards of product and technical excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
  • 10+ years of experience blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery and feature delivery.
  • Experience managing technical products or online services.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with SQL.
