About the position

The Principal Product Manager for Shopping at Amazon will lead the development of a customer-centric roadmap focused on enhancing the shopping experience through experimentation and optimization. This role involves collaborating with design and engineering teams to innovate and implement impactful shopping experiences across various customer touchpoints. Responsibilities

• Define a customer experience (CX) vision for the shopping experience in partnership with the design team.
• Develop an actionable product roadmap and influence product/engineering teams to run experiments.
• Manage a portfolio of experiments that span multiple teams and shopping experiences.
• Prioritize opportunities that drive strategic value and work with the design team to scope design efforts.
• Dive deep with designers on UX decisions and drive technical conversations with engineering partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Well-developed analytical skills with experience in setting up experiments and analyzing results.
• Experience owning customer-facing product roadmap strategy and making high-judgment decisions.
• Strong ability to earn trust and influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
