Responsibilities

• Defining a CX vision for the shopping experience in partnership with the design team.
• Developing an actionable product roadmap and influencing product/engineering teams to run experiments.
• Managing a portfolio of experiments that span multiple teams and shopping experiences.
• Prioritizing opportunities that drive strategic value and working with the design team to scope design efforts.
• Driving technical conversations with engineering partners and diving deep with designers on UX decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.
• 7+ years product management experience.
• Well-developed analytical skills and experience in setting up experiments and analyzing results.
• Experience owning customer-facing product roadmap strategy and making high judgment decisions.
• Strong ability to earn trust and influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
