About the position

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager - Technical to lead our efforts in enhancing the reach, scale, and performance of our advertiser customers by effectively connecting them to supply sources that will drive optimal performance for their campaigns. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the technical design and roadmap for a significant portion of our advertising business, which is well-recognized in the industry. You will coordinate complex product initiatives across various internal teams and stakeholders, prioritizing roadmap features and spearheading the definition of new capabilities through comprehensive product and business requirements documents. Your role will require a high level of comfort with ambiguity and a deeply analytical mindset, enabling you to investigate complex challenges effectively. You will work backwards from customer needs, diving deep into data to understand issues and driving product development to meet those needs by collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about implementing solutions to real problems that require creative thinking and a deep understanding of the problem space. You will be challenged to constantly come up with better and often disruptive solutions, working cross-functionally to create alignment and deliver impactful results. As a Principal Product Manager, you will have responsibility throughout the full product life cycle, from product strategy and prioritization to development, adoption, and iteration with global sales and account management teams. Your experience working directly with engineers on product enhancements, along with your background in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement, will be crucial to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
  • 10+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to investigate complex challenges.
  • Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.
