About the position

The Principal Product Manager - Technical at Amazon DSP is responsible for leading the product strategy and execution for Amazon's programmatic advertising solutions. This role involves working cross-functionally to implement innovative solutions that address real customer problems, ensuring alignment across teams, and driving the product through its full lifecycle from strategy to adoption. The position requires a deep understanding of technical product management and a focus on delivering impactful results in the advertising space.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the roadmap strategy and definition for Amazon DSP.
  • Lead the product through the full lifecycle, from strategy and prioritization to development and iteration.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global sales and account management teams to ensure successful product adoption.
  • Implement creative solutions to complex problems in the advertising domain.
  • Challenge the team to develop better and disruptive solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with feature delivery and understanding tradeoffs in product management.
  • Strong background in technical product management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working directly with engineers on product enhancements.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.
