About the position

The Principal Product Manager - Technical for Amazon DSP will lead the development and execution of product strategies for Amazon's programmatic advertising solutions. This role focuses on creating innovative advertising offerings that enhance customer experience across various platforms, including Amazon properties and third-party websites. The position requires a deep understanding of the product life cycle, from strategy and prioritization to development and iteration, while working cross-functionally to achieve alignment and deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the roadmap strategy and definition for Amazon DSP.
  • Lead the full product life cycle from strategy to adoption and iteration.
  • Collaborate with global sales and account management teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Implement creative solutions to real problems in the advertising space.
  • Challenge the team to develop better and disruptive solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with feature delivery and understanding tradeoffs of a product.
  • Strong background in technical product management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working directly with engineers on product enhancements.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.
