About the position

The Principal Product Manager in the AWS In-memory databases organization is responsible for driving product development and business growth for innovative cloud database technologies. This role involves shaping product strategy, prioritizing roadmaps, and acting as the voice of the customer throughout the software development lifecycle. The position requires collaboration with engineering teams and senior management to define product requirements and go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demands.

Responsibilities

  • Accelerate product development and business growth of In-memory database products.
  • Shape and lead product strategy based on insights and customer feedback.
  • Take ownership of roadmap prioritization and feature development.
  • Act as the voice of the customer throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with software engineering teams and senior management.
  • Define product requirements and go-to-market strategy for customers.
  • Coordinate across internal and external teams to prioritize roadmap features.
  • Spearhead the definition of new capabilities through business requirements documents.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.
  • 5+ years of technical experience in software development, network development, IT, or related fields.
  • Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS products throughout the full product lifecycle.
